At APLOMB, each fragrance is crafted as a personal experience. Should it not meet your expectations, the following terms apply.

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
To exercise this right, you must notify us before returning the product.

Conditions for Returns
Eligible returns must meet all of the following:
• Product is unopened
• Original packaging is intact
• Protective seal remains unbroken

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, sealed products that have been opened after delivery cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days at:

Include your order number and clear images. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Return Process

  1. Contact us via email
  2. Receive return authorization
  3. Return the item within 14 days of notifying us

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and approved:
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Processing time is 5–10 business days
• Original standard delivery costs will be refunded in accordance with EU law

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or proof of return.
